We are looking for a Service Ops Officer to join our team and help drive our financial strategy while overseeing administrative functions.

He will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination between departments, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in daily office operations (scheduling, filing, record-keeping).
  • Handling correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
  • Supporting procurement processes (quotations, purchase orders, vendor coordination) if required.
  • Ensuring office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well maintained.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining databases.
  • Supporting compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience often acceptable.

Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing near Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4 Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
