Position: "Data Entry Operator"

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our operations team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate accuracy in data management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
• Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
• Generate basic reports when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data entry/office administration.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Proficiency in (Outlook, Google Sheet, MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
