Role Summary

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires precision, speed, and confidentiality to support smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.

Correct errors and maintain data consistency.

Generate, organize, and submit regular reports.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or client-related data.

Assist in scnning, indexing, and filing documents.

Support other administrative tasks when required.

Skills & Competencies

Typing speed of at least 40–60 WPM with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and database systems.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of basic office equipment (scanner, printer, etc.).

Qualifications

Minimum: intermediate or equivalent.

Preferred: Graduate in Computer Applications or related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of data entry or clerical experience preferred (freshers with strong typing skills & MS Office data may also apply).

Work Environment

Office-based in I-8 Zaki Center 1st floor offfice no 02 islamabad
