Service Planner

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming driver requests and assist with driver inquiries in a professional manner.
Open and manage daily repair orders while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
Maintain a working knowledge of Transman; experience with VRMS coding is a plus.
Demonstrate a courteous, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
Effectively multitask and remain highly organized in a fast-paced shop environment.
Utilize computer systems efficiently with accurate data entry and typing skills.
Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and DOT violation documentation.
Consistently meet commitments and deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience.
