Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of field experience. This role is primarily focused on plumbing but also requires versatility across general maintenance tasks, including light electrical, painting, tiling, and handyman work.

This is a field-based position offering a high level of independence. Technicians operate with the support of our office team and mobile technology platform, allowing for efficient job management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial environments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in the field
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including: painting, tile work (VCT/ceramic), basic electrical and mechanical work, general handyman services
• Respond to emergency service calls to ensure client operations remain uninterrupted
• Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards and plumbing codes
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job details via mobile app
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to travel
