Service Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent mechanical knowledge, and the capability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as needed for various projects.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with overall project goals.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Provide maintenance person services as required for remodeling or maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Previous experience on construction sites is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
