<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dedicated Service Route Scheduling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service appointments, manage scheduling logistics, and support administrative functions to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office management tools to facilitate seamless service delivery.

<Duties>

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating service routes for technicians based on client needs and priority levels
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of service appointments using computer software such as Microsoft Office
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and handling clerical tasks including filing and data entry
  • Utilize office management skills to prioritize tasks, update schedules, and ensure timely completion of service requests
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions courteously and providing clear information about service timelines
  • Proofread communications for accuracy and professionalism before dissemination to clients or team members

<Experience>

  • Prior experience with office management, clerical duties, or administrative support in a professional setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) tools
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a receptionist or front desk capacity, is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently and accurately
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette, data entry procedures, filing systems, and time management techniques

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
