Service Specialist

We are looking for a Service Specialist to join our Istanbul Office . This role is mainly field-based and requires a candidate who can travel frequently and stay out of town when needed. You will provide technical support during commissioning and performance testing activities.

The position is responsible for delivering service work and on-site support for industrial systems with electrical and mechatronic infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot MCC and PLC control panels in the field and in the office
• Identify panel components and perform medium to advanced-level fault diagnosis and repair
• Follow project plans on-site, monitor progress, and prepare status reports
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during field projects when required
• Deliver quick and lasting solutions on-site or through phone / remote connection
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams
• Prepare service documentation and work reports
• Carry out commissioning and performance tests, including measurement, checks, and improvement actions

Qualifications:

• Degree (associate or bachelor’s) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics, or equivalent technical background
• Solid knowledge of MCC and PLC panel structures, field wiring, and basic control systems
• Ability to recognize panel components (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, drives, etc.) and perform fault analysis
• Strong discipline for working in field conditions; willing to travel as needed
• Comfortable providing remote support (phone guidance, remote diagnostics, troubleshooting)
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical topics clearly and accurately, with a solution-focused approach
• Organized and detail-oriented in documentation, reporting, and follow-up
