Service Staff Recruiter

Vicekeeper is a premium domestic staffing service providing highly qualified nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, and helpers to families across the UAE. We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Recruiters to help us attract and guide top talent through our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Communicate with candidates primarily through our CRM.
• Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with the Operations Team.
• Follow up with idle or unresponsive applicants to maintain an active pipeline.
• Provide clear instructions on interviews, documents, and next steps.
• Keep candidate records updated and maintain a clean, organized tracker.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (domestic staffing, hospitality, or service roles is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organization.
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.

Pay: E£23,000.00 - E£33,000.00 per month
