Senior HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment efforts by developing effective strategies to attract, select, and onboard high-quality candidates.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues.
• Design and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Hands on experience in Organizational Development (OD)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; .
• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor laws a must and good understanding of the Saudi labor Law and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

• Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
