
Service Support Senior Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

Service Contract loading and tracking on oracle.

Managing invoices and on time submission to all customers.

AR follow-ups on payments.

Invoice reporting for tax filing.
-
OPF and EPR creation for Internal and external suppliers.

Shipment handling for all service Spares orders.
-
Issuance of SR and CE assigning.
-
Handling DPG warranty and ASP performance TAT.
-
Handling spares inventory movement and replenishment.
-
Handling warranty cases for 3 phase, thermal and monitoring items.
-
Handling of repair cases for rectifier warranty.
Qualifications
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree at minimum with at least 5-7 years' experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Language skills: English
-
Work experience on oracle
Personal Skills

Can perform work Independently.

Strong willingness and availability to navigate through internal processes.

Good relationship building and management skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
