Service Support Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support:

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom operations, including preparing instructional materials and supervising students.
• Provide academic and behavioral support to students, both individually and in groups.
• Help create and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.

Bus Attendant Duties:

• Ensure student safety and well-being during transportation, including assisting with boarding and disembarking.
• Manage and supervise student behavior on the bus to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading student belongings as necessary.

Multitasking and Coordination:

• Follow directives from supervisors and adapt to various tasks as needed throughout the day.
• Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities, including classroom support, student supervision, and transportation duties.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a 2-year course in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher and Bus Attendant is highly desirable.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a flexible, adaptable approach to job responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Willing to relocate on school accomodation
