Carry out minor periodic service maintenance as per MG Guidelines & IEM SOP.
Repair or replace worn and faulty parts according to the job order.
Perform Vehicle PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) to ensure proper quality checks.
Use scanning tools (VDS) to read and erase faults accurately.
Assist repair and diagnostic technicians when required.
Continuously learn and update knowledge through technical training sessions to stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools and ensure proper usage.
Provide clear documentation of tasks performed and highlight any safety-related findings to the superior.
Follow the clock-in/clock-out process for assigned job orders as per company standards.
Coordinate with the Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor for required parts and updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Adhere to company health and safety regulations and follow SOPs diligently.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or workshop management.
