Service Technician Assistant

Euro Chef Appliances is hiring an experienced appliance service professional to help support customers with appliance troubleshooting, diagnosis, and service coordination.
We are looking for someone who truly understands appliances, repairs, service issues, and diagnostics and can help customers over the phone by identifying problems, walking them through troubleshooting steps, and determining whether the issue can be resolved remotely or needs to be dispatched for in-home service.

What You Will Do:
- Speak with customers about appliance problems and service issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues over the phone and on-site if required
- Walk customers step-by-step through possible solutions
- Help resolve issues remotely whenever possible
- Assist in placing orders for spare parts and coordinating dispatch when required
- Create and update service cases with clear notes
- Coordinate with dispatch and service teams for follow-up
- Help reduce unnecessary service calls by properly diagnosing issues first
- Escalate complex or repeat issues when needed

Requirements:
- Must have appliance industry experience
- Must understand appliance repair, service, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
- Must be able to speak confidently with customers and ask the right questions
- Must know common issues with residential appliances and how to identify likely causes
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple service cases
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
