Qualification: Diploma in Mechatronics

Experience: 5-6yrs

Salary: 40000 -60000

Job Description

• Plan and attend all service calls within a stipulated time frame, ensuring timely response and technical support for PLC and electrical control issues.
• Prepare visit reports for each service call, securing customer acknowledgement post-service completion for transparency and quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records, including customer-specific machine history cards, to support maintenance tracking and future troubleshooting.​
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and recommend upgrades for older machines to extend life cycle and functionality.
• Prepare and present periodic service reports for discussion with the manager, focusing on service trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities related to PLC and controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
