Service Writer/Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and Waiter& Customer Service skills to join our team.

This role involves both sales and waiter duties, requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Job Role

• Welcome and assist customers politely.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks on time and professionally.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
• Promote and upsell menu items or offers.
• Process bills and handle cash payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Willing to relocate at Sharjah (Sharjah, Muwaileh, Memz Bites Café;)
• Proven experience in sales and Barista for at least 2 years in UAE.
• Previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Cash handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
