Job Description - Grade Specific

Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD , and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and architecture.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Develop and configure custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and HRSD (HR Service Delivery) .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system and data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and flow designer.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
