We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of grid-connected solar inverters. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently, providing on-call support, and managing service operations to ensure minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.

* Register and track customer complaints from end users and EPC partners.

* Perform first-level troubleshooting with customers/end users via phone.

* If resolved remotely →close complaint and update service log.

* If not resolved remotely → assign to local service partner for on-site resolution.

* If unresolved by local partner → arrange product pickup and service at regional/local service center.

* If still unresolved → Sent to Plant for diagnostics and repair, then return to end user.

* Support warranty claims, spare parts management, and replacement coordination.

* Diagnose and resolve technical faults both remotely and on-site.

* Ensure compliance with service protocols and escalation processes.

* Deliver technical training sessions to local service partners.

* Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.

* Provide structured feedback to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate service reports, case logs, and service documentation.

* Ensure timely closure of support cases within defined Service Resolution Timelines (SLA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
