As the Set Designer, you will inspire our customers through innovative set builds and prop sourcing for the imaging and activation teams— continually evolving the creative vision through best-in-class imagery executed across multiple studio environments.
This role requires a builder's mindset: someone who thrives in ambiguity, finds creative solutions where others see obstacles, and brings calm, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving, high-volume production environment. You will work cross-functionally across editorial, production, and creative teams, navigating competing priorities and shifting timelines with a bias for action and a commitment to quality.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can hold a strong creative point of view while remaining flexible enough to support the needs of multiple studio spaces and stakeholders. You are comfortable operating without a playbook, energized by the challenge of building systems and processes that scale, and deeply motivated by the opportunity to shape visual identity.
