Job Description – Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience Range: 8–9 Years (including 3+ years in a Technical Lead role)

Hiring Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore

Must Have Skills

  • Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
  • 8–9 years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years leading technical teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows
    • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
    • SOQL / SOSL
  • Proven experience in:
    • Leading Salesforce development teams
    • Code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing best practices
    • Salesforce integration with external systems
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce:
    • Architecture
    • Data model
    • Security & sharing model
    • Governor limits
    • Design patterns & best practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Experience with deployment processes and CI/CD principles
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder and onsite/offshore coordination
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Required certifications:
    • Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
    • App Builder Certification

Good to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Trigger frameworks
    • Integration patterns
    • Middleware tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to define functional and technical requirements
  • Review code, mentor team members, and enforce architectural & development standards
  • Drive development across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, leveraging OOB features when possible
  • Oversee development of Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated Flows
  • Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native tools
  • Participate in and drive Agile ceremonies—planning, reviews, retrospectives
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and recommend adoption strategies
  • Coordinate across global teams (offshore/onshore) for delivery alignment
  • Ensure quality via unit testing, test coverage, and CI/CD best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Monitor solution performance and lead optimization initiatives
  • Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and release management

    • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
    • Salesforce App Builder
  • Preferred:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2)
