Shade Installation Technician
The Shade Technician position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Lighting / Shade Manager. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
SUMMARY:
A Shade Technician is responsible for the support, installation and service of assigned interior and exterior shading solutions. This is a finish installation role, requiring cleanliness, accuracy and attention to detail. Cyber is also looking for experienced Shade Installers for our Lead Shade Technician role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within the process. Works closely with the team to acknowledge and address inconsistencies or misses which would negatively impact productivity and Cyber Technology Group’s brand
- Builds strong relationships with employees through consistent, clear communication
- Supports installation of window covers and automated interior / exterior shade solutions
- Exhibits patience and care, takes precise, accurate measurements
- Works and lays out jobsite(s) and products in an efficient, organized manner
- Contributes to the general cleanliness of the company vehicle, job site(s) and workspace, cleaning as you go to best reflect Cyber’s brand and attention to detail.
UNIVERSAL EXPECTATIONS:
- Performs all duties in an independent and expeditious manner, without additional supervision; seeking guidance and direction from the Lighting / Shade Manager or company leadership on major issues, as necessary
- Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues
- Makes optimal use of his/her own time during all working hours
- Has the ability and care to recognize and address priorities
- Demonstrates good planning skills; which align with overall company goals
- Shows commitment to Cyber Core Values and proactively incorporates them into communication and decision making
