Shade Matcher for Paints manufacturing company in RAK

We are currently looking for a Color Shade Matcher based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

· Performing color matching tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy of colors

· Measuring and mixing pigments and dyes to achieve desired shades and hues

· Matching colors to customer specifications and samples

· Documenting and recording color formulas and mixing procedures

· Performing quality control checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy

· Collaborating with production and design teams to ensure consistency in color throughout the manufacturing process

· Keeping work area clean and organized

· Following safety protocols and guidelines while handling pigments and dyes

Qualifications:

· · Attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in color shades.

· Knowledge of color theory and how different colors interact with each other.

· Experience in using color matching equipment and software.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

· Good communication skills to liaise with different departments and clients.

· Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.

· Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the job.

· Willingness to learn and continually improve color matching skills and knowledge.

Salary: AED 1500 – AED 2000 (based on candidate experience)
