Shampoo Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Shampoo Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Shampoo Technician, you will be the first point of contact in the guest’s hair care experience, providing relaxing and thorough shampoo services that set the tone for exceptional service. Your role is essential in ensuring every client feels welcomed, pampered, and ready for their service.

Duties

• Greet all guests warmly and provide a professional, friendly experience
• Shampoo, condition, and prepare guests’ hair for their service according to stylist instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shampoo stations and surrounding areas
• Provide scalp massages and treatments as needed or requested
• Ensure towels, capes, and other supplies are clean and fully stocked
• Assist stylists and other team members with guest flow and support duties
• Adhere to all salon sanitation and safety protocols
• Uphold the salon’s standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for client care
• Ability to stand, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
