We are seeking highly experienced
Shared Services Experts and Senior Experts
to
lead centralized support functions, drive operational efficiency, and optimize enterprise-wide processes
. These roles ensure that HR, Finance, IT, and Administration services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
For Both Levels

Oversee enterprise-wide shared services operations across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.

Standardize processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor service delivery metrics and continuously optimize workflows.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Support digitalization and automation of shared services processes.
Additional For Senior Expert

Develop and execute the strategy for enterprise shared services.

Lead complex process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.

Advise senior management on operational efficiency, governance, and resource optimization.

Mentor and develop mid-level shared services staff.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and organizational performance.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, IT, or related field.

Expert: 11–13 years of experience in shared services, operations management, or process improvement.

Senior Expert: 14–16 years of experience with leadership in shared services, operational strategy, and cross-functional management.
Skills & Competencies

Expertise in process optimization, operational efficiency, and enterprise support functions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Knowledge of shared services systems (HRIS, ERP, Finance platforms) and automation tools.

Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

For Senior Level: Ability to define strategy, drive transformation, and influence executive decision-making.
Preferred Certifications

Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or other relevant operational excellence or functional certifications.
