Sheet Metal Mechanic / Millwright (HVAC Install) – 2 Week Project
Location: Lancaster, OH

We are currently hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics / Millwrights for a short-term, 2-week project in Lancaster, OH. This role will focus on HVAC-related installation work, including cooling towers and heavy-gauge duct systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical background and experience working with large-scale installs.

Pay:
$28–$30/hour (based on experience)

Project Scope:
Install cooling towers and related components
Hang and secure heavy-gauge ductwork
Assist with layout, rigging, and alignment of equipment
Work alongside a crew to complete installs safely and efficiently

Requirements:
Experience with HVAC installs, ductwork, or mechanical systems
Millwright or sheet metal background preferred
Ability to handle physically demanding work
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic rigging
Reliable transportation

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
