We’re Hiring – Shift Incharge (Production – AAC Blocks)

Location: Navsari Plant, Gujarat
Experience: 0–1 Years in AAC Blocks / Cement / Construction Materials industry
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Shift Incharge to oversee end-to-end AAC block production during assigned shifts. The role involves managing operations (cutting, autoclaving, curing, packing), ensuring quality, monitoring raw materials, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance & quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift production operations & manpower allocation
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor raw material usage & minimize wastage
• Maintain shift production reports and handover notes
• Drive continuous improvement & ensure safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 0–1 years’ experience in AAC block manufacturing (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of autoclave, curing cycles & production machinery
