Position: Shift Incharge

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee safe receipt (pipeline & T/L) and delivery operations.

- Manage pig launching, sampling, control room & gantry operations.

- Ensure product quality, stock reconciliation, and loss/gain management.

- Supervise operational activities including loading, unloading, and inventory control.

- Maintain accurate documentation, invoicing, reporting, and customs compliance.

- Ensure adherence to HSE standards, conduct drills, and maintain housekeeping.

- Coordinate with HO, logistics, dealers, and regulatory bodies for smooth operations.

- Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, weighbridge, and gate control.

- Manage IT systems, invoicing software, office equipment, and security systems.

- Lead and supervise junior staff, ensuring effective communication and execution of company goals.

- Support establishment of Bulk Oil Terminal (NOCs and related compliance).

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
