Position: Supervisor – FTTH
Salary: Up to PKR 55,000
Experience: 1–2 Years (FTTH – Quality, Deployment & Field Operations)
Qualification: Minimum DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related field

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise FTTH field teams for timely and high-quality deployment
✔ Monitor and maintain quality standards for installations & maintenance
✔ Coordinate with planning, deployment, and vendor teams to meet SLAs
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve fiber-related issues escalated from field staff
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines
✔ Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation & track KPIs
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Required Skills

Strong FTTH technical knowledge (Fiber Splicing, OLT/ONT, Troubleshooting)
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 per month
