We’re looking for a dynamic and personable Shift Incharge ensuring a smooth, secure, and service-driven environment for clients who work in night hours. The role requires strong communication, maturity, problem-solving, and the ability to independently manage the space while maintaining The Cubicle’s premium standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, operations, or facility management. - Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts consistently.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Tech-friendly with CRM/ticketing tools experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Handling

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the night shift.
- Assist remote professionals working for US-based companies with their workspace needs. - Handle client queries, complaints, or service requests promptly and professionally.
- Support onboarding of new night-shift clients and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
- Facilitate meeting room bookings, visitor coordination, and general workspace assistance.

Operations & Facility Management

- Manage night-time operations including cleanliness checks and system monitoring. - Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor internet uptime, power backups, air conditioning, and environment quality. - Conduct hourly floor rounds to uphold safety and service standards.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

- Maintain shift logs, client issue trackers, and operational checklists.
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, and client feedback to Operations Manager. - Ensure complete and accurate handover to the morning team.

Security & Compliance

- Ensure entry/exit protocols, visitor logs, and CCTV monitoring procedures are followed. - Handle emergencies calmly following The Cubicle’s SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
