- Monitoring compliance with safety laws and specific environmental and safety regulations / behavioral norms Safety First, SLPA, Near Miss Program.
- Training of new operators
- Support machine problem solving activities and repairs
- Optimization and continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with other organizational functions
- Responsibility for production quality and operator inspection
- Meeting the requirements of the business systems in the responsible area
- Fulfilling of the quality and management system
- Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes using lean tools, motivating employees for continuous improvement (CI culture)
- Coordination with SCM interfaces for raw material and shipping
- Personnel responsibility and leadership
- Responsibility for professional and disciplinary leadership
- Work allocation and instruction of the employees
- Active participation in various project teams
- Leading and participation of Tier meetings
- Shift change handover
- Monitor and support department KPIs (Safety, OEE, Quality, etc.)
- Manage spare parts and maintenance activities
- Initiating the escalation process in case of issues
- Waste management (right separation of different materials copper, steel, ...)
