Shift Manager

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support achievement of sales and operational targets

Requirements:

• Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in the QSR/Restaurant industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
