Shift Manager / Assistant Manager (Restaurant)

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced ARGMs & Shift Managers to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a focus on operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet company standards and performance goals.
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preparing reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant performance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with inventory management and staff training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
