Shift Medical Officer- Reliever (Med & Surg)

Job Description:

.Perform daily rounds, assess admitted patients, counsel attendants with medical team. Communicate current issues and proposed solutions to the management and consultants.

.Review and monitor patient treatment, carry out related procedures, and critically diagnose and re-examine patients who don't respond to standard treatment.

· Respond to patient immediately and assess head to toe.

· Take lead and delegate task to medical staff (Call for help, Medication, CPR)

· Document all steps, communications Counsel patients’ family, involve MOD, senior staff and consultant if needed, update counselling files also take signatures of MOD and attendant on counselling file.

· Supervises communication with medical officers and consultants, ensuring adherence to updated and final plans.

you will oversee and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient history, treatment orders, and procedures, providing continual feedback for improvement.

Additionally, you'll manage risks, coordinate with allied services, and formulate multi-disciplinary care plans, all while maintaining prompt and legible signatures on documents.

Qualification: FCPS or MCPS (internal medicine) Training Completed /MBBS.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant Experience.
