Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to manage and record the in and out timings of Hostess and Stewards buses, both manually and using the Apex App. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate logging, maintain records, and support smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Record in and out timings of Hostess and Stewards buses manually.

2. Log timings accurately on Apex App.

3. Ensure data consistency between manual and digital records.

4. Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues.

5. Maintain organized records for audits and reporting.

6. Coordinate with operations team for smooth bus scheduling.

7. Communicate effectively with Hostess and Stewards teams.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s

2. Basic proficiency in using apps like Apex.

3. Attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Good communication and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work night shifts

6. Experience in logistics/scheduling preferred.
