Shipping Assistant

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Shipping Assistants to join our Shipping team.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of shipping services, crew change and coordination of Onshore & Offshore Projects and vessels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organisational skills.

Principal Job Accountabilities

• Booking vessels in and out of port with all relevant stakeholders

• Capturing accurate costs incurred during port calls

• Facilitating customer service needs and close communication with internal / external stakeholders.

• Comply & support in handling any local requirements

Requirements and skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Produce and maintain accurate documents

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Competent user of Microsoft Office, including excel

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
