Shipping Documentation Specialist

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Logistics company

· Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.

· Basic knowledge of logistics principles, processes, and terminology.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Work well under pressure and able to work long hours if required.

· Problem solving & organizational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritize.

· Computer literate ( PC applications : World, Excel, Outlook)

· Education:Education Bachelor's degree is an advantage in Shipping and Logistics.

· Language:English

Job Description

· Responsible for applying to finance for payment to shipping company.

· DO collect and release, data entry, customs manifest entry, Port & customs website data entry.

· Responsible for Sharjah customs clearance agent and sales and customer service docking work.

· Responsible for the reimbursement of shipping expenses· Responsible for applying to finance for payment to shipping company.

· Other document work arranged by the leader
