Transport Coordinator & sales

Job Description:

Al Yasat General Land Transport, a leading supplier of construction materials in Dubai, is looking for a Transport Coordinator (Allocate) to manage daily truck operations and ensure smooth delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Transport Coordination
  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles.
  • Coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
  • Track vehicles and handle delays/breakdowns.
  • Maintain vehicle documents (insurance, permits, etc.).
  • Monitor fuel and transport expenses.
  • Prepare daily transport reports.
  • Ability to handle office and field work.

2. Marketing & Field Work

  • Visit clients to generate new business.
  • Promote company transport/logistics services.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Follow up with existing clients.
  • Submit daily marketing activity report.

3. Payment Recovery

  • Follow up with clients for pending payments.
  • Call/visit customers for collection.
  • Maintain outstanding payment records.
  • Coordinate with accounts after payment collection.
  • Submit collected cash/cheque safely.

4. Invoice Submission

  • Submit invoices to clients on time.
  • Ensure invoice details are correct.
  • Follow up for invoice approval.
  • Maintain invoice records properly.

Requirements

  • Valid bike driving license (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer & Excel knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,700.00 per month
