• Prepare, set up, and serve shisha in a timely manner according to guest preferences.
• Ensure quality of shisha flavors, coal, and equipment before serving.
• Regularly clean, sanitize, and maintain shisha pipes, hoses, and accessories.
• Change coals efficiently and discreetly while ensuring guest comfort.
• Present the shisha menu, explain flavors, and make recommendations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring proper handling of coals and tobacco.
• Keep the shisha lounge/work area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Report any maintenance needs for shisha equipment or related items.
• Follow hotel/lounge SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines.
