Shisha Man

Shisha Man is responsible in preparing and serving hookah or shisha to customers in a lounge, cafe, or restaurant setting. Responsibilities may include:

• Setting up the hookah: Assembling the hookah pipe, filling the bowl with flavored tobacco, and ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order.
• Interacting with customers: Taking orders for shisha flavors and drinks, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience, and providing recommendations on flavors and combinations.
• Preparing the shisha: Lighting the charcoal and placing it on top of the tobacco, managing the heat to ensure a smooth and enjoyable smoke.
• Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the shisha area clean and organized, including regularly cleaning the hookah pipes, changing water, and disposing of used charcoal and tobacco.
• Adhering to safety regulations: Following safety protocols to prevent accidents, such as ensuring proper ventilation in the shisha lounge and handling hot charcoal safely.
• Upselling and promoting: Suggesting additional items such as snacks, beverages, or shisha accessories to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Handling payments: Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash transactions and using POS systems if applicable.
• Monitoring inventory: Keeping track of shisha supplies, tobacco flavors, and accessories, and communicating with management when supplies need to be replenished.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• SHISHA: 2 years (Required)
