Job Description

Hi-Street is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Shoe Designer to join our design team at our Gajumata (Ferozepur Road) facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion, trends, and functionality, with hands-on experience in designing stylish and commercially viable footwear.

Key Responsibilities

• Design men’s and/or women’s footwear in line with Hi-Street’s brand identity
• Research fashion trends, materials, colors, and market demands
• Create design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with production and sampling teams for prototype development
• Select appropriate materials, soles, and accessories
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-friendly
• Review samples and suggest improvements before final production

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shoe Designer or Footwear Designer
• Strong understanding of footwear construction and materials
• Ability to translate ideas into practical, market-ready designs
• Knowledge of current fashion and footwear trends
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work closely with production teams
