Shop Manager - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

• Achieving the sales targets.
• Ensure that the shop meets company standards.
• Updated product knowledge of own products and competitor products.
• Efficient stock control
• Ensure shop timings (Opening & Closing) are strictly followed by all staff.
• Window displays are managed
• Communicate the sales plan to team members and ensure targets are achieved; ensure all sales persons contribute equally towards target achievement.
• Ensure proper product and price information is given to the customer; assist the sales person in case of difficulty.
• Prepare & submit sales reports as required by the Area Sales Manager.
• Handle staff grievances and ensure motivation levels are high.
• Keep oneself abreast of and have complete knowledge of current market trends in terms of size, weight, designs, and patterns by inquiring from customers or by their orders/ requirments communicated; inform Area Sales Manager and also record in Order Book.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years relevant experience
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Extremely proactive
