Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? As a Finish Sprayer, you'll be at the heart of our production process, transforming raw wood cabinet doors and trims into stunning, flawless pieces. You'll mix and test water-based paints and stains, prep surfaces through sanding and masking, and apply primers and paints according to our established processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results that exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize two paint booths to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Streamline the coating and processing of jobs from start to finish, maximizing productivity throughout the shop.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming material deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify color accuracy on finished jobs during and after spraying to guarantee perfect matches.
• Uphold strict quality standards to deliver superior finishes every time.
• Properly label and store paints and finishes for safety and organization.

Requirements:

• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Rockledge, FL 32955 before starting work (required).
• Driver's License (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety protocols.
• Experience with paint mixing, surface prep, and spraying techniques is a plus – we're open to training motivated individuals!
