Shopify App Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Shopify app development and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Remix, Node.js, and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, Graphlet) and Checkout Extensibility / Shopify Functions.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, and webhooks.
• Experience working with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Shopify apps using Remix and Node.js.
• Integrate with Shopify APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
• Implement and maintain Shopify webhooks.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Work with Shopify Functions and Checkout UI Extensions to extend checkout features.
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
