We are hiring a highly experienced Chargeback & Dispute Specialist to manage and respond to disputes across PayPal and other payment processors.
This is not an entry-level role. Only apply if you have hands-on experience handling disputes at scale.
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to chargeback alerts (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.)
- Build strong, evidence-backed dispute cases
- Monitor dispute ratios and proactively reduce chargebacks
- Collaborate with support/data teams to gather required evidence
- Identify patterns (fraud, friendly fraud, operational issues)
- Improve win rates and minimize financial loss
Requirements (Strict):
- Proven experience handling 100+ chargebacks per month
- Strong command of PayPal Resolution Center
- Experience with at least one: Stripe / Shopify Payments / Klarna / similar processors
- Ability to write clear, structured, high-conversion dispute responses
- Solid understanding of fraud detection and prevention
- Comfortable working with order data, logs, tracking info, and evidence
Do NOT Apply If:
- You only have customer support experience (no dispute handling)
- You have never directly managed chargebacks
- You are still learning or exploring this field
