About Us

San Diego Car Stereo (SDCarstereo.com) is a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in premium car audio equipment. We’re looking for a Shopify expert to take full ownership of our online store and scale it to the next level. This isn’t a “just upload products” role, we want a strategic operator who knows how to grow sales, optimize funnels, and improve conversions across the board.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all Shopify operations (product SEO, collections, upsells/downsells).

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

• Build and manage funnels from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel.
• Improve store layout, UX, and navigation to maximize conversions.
• Create and optimize upsell, downsell, and cross-sell strategies.

Advertising & Marketing

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Own and refine Klaviyo email flows, ManyChat, and SMS marketing.
• Proactively recommend and test new growth strategies.

Creative Direction & Branding

• Drive the creative direction for campaigns, promos, and store visuals.
• Collaborate on graphics, product images, and professional photography.

Reporting & Accountability

• Provide weekly or bi-weekly reports on performance, KPIs, and upcoming projects.
• Set deadlines and hold yourself accountable for deliverables.
• Present actionable recommendations, not just data.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of scaling Shopify stores (please show results in the interview).
• Strong expertise in e-commerce funnels, CRO, SEO, and paid ads.
• Familiar with Klaviyo, ManyChat, and Shopify apps for upselling/automation.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and tells us what needs to be done, not the other way around.
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce analytics and reporting.
• Bonus: Experience in automotive/electronics niche (not required).

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and results.
• Full creative and strategic freedom. we want you to take the reins.
