With a strong e-commerce presence across multiple regions, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Executive to manage and optimize our global Shopify operations.

Role Overview

The Shopify Executive will oversee the daily operations of GK Hair’s Shopify stores across international markets. This role requires hands on expertise in order processing, product management, stock coordination, promotions, ERP integration, and collaboration with third party logistics (3PL) partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically proficient in Shopify, and able to ensure seamless operations across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store & Product Management

• Process and manage daily orders across all Shopify locations.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage product images, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews through integrated apps.
• Maintain accurate sales and consumption reports across multiple regions.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Monitor stock levels across 3PL warehouses (USA, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada, Australia) to prevent shortages or overselling.
• Manage manual orders in case of sync failures with partners (Flexport, Locad, Emmjay, Parcel Ship, CSS, WAPI, E-Shipper+).
• Update warehouse kits, VTB sheets, and multi currency pricing.

ERP & Reporting

• Ensure accurate product and order data in ERP systems.
• Manage promotions, coupons, and distributor/salon offers.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Order Processing & Troubleshooting

• Resolve order/address issues in coordination with customer service and warehouse teams.
• Manage draft, replacement, and special orders.
• Collaborate with customer service teams globally to handle sales-related queries.

Promotions & Campaigns

• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure timely updates of pricing, catalogs, and promotional offers using Shopify tools and apps.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify (multi-store/global experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, ERP systems, and 3PL integrations.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
