About Us:

Bombay Dry Fruits is a premium retailer of dry fruits, chocolates, and luxury gift hampers. We’re looking for an organized and proactive E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee our Shopify store operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations.
• Process and fulfill online orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for dispatch and tracking.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in running promotions, campaigns, and email marketing.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Shopify or e-commerce experience.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
