Duties

  • Manage and update product listings on the Shopify platform with precision and attention to detail
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales potential
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy across all product information
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to products via chat or email
  • Ensure seamless integration of Shopify with other tools such as Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Maintain organized records of product updates, inventory changes, and customer interactions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting clients or vendors over calls in multiple languages if applicable

Experience

  • Previous experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong sales background with a focus on client services and customer support excellence
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
  • Proven skills in data entry, analysis, and managing detailed information accurately
  • Call center experience or outbound calling background enhances communication effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills necessary for daily operations
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment with strong phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties confidently is a bonus
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data trends and improve platform performance
