Job Title: Shopify Store In-Charge

Location: Lahore
Experience Required: 2–3 years (specifically managing high-volume SKU apparel & accessories on Shopify)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Shopify Store In-Charge to take full ownership of our online store operations — from customer engagement to order fulfillment and after-sales service. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and analytical, with a strong background in Shopify management and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:1. Order Management & Customer Communication

  • Call customers for all incoming orders to reconfirm critical information (size, color, delivery address, etc.).
  • Build confidence and trust with customers through empathetic and professional communication.
  • Handle order fulfillment, from packaging to dispatch.
  • Coordinate closely with courier companies for parcel pickup, tracking, delivery, and COD receipt management.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.

2. Sales Growth & Customer Retention

  • Recover abandoned carts through calls, emails, or WhatsApp follow-ups.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value and customer engagement.
  • Focus on building long-term relationships with returning customers through personalized service.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and analyze Shopify reports to track sales performance, product trends, and customer behavior.
  • Conduct inventory analysis — tracking product/category-wise stock, quantity, and valuation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

4. Operations & Coordination

  • Manage daily communication with logistics and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure smooth COD settlements and maintain reconciliation records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, and warehouse) for stock availability and promotions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience managing Shopify stores, especially for apparel & accessories with large SKU volumes.
  • Strong command over Shopify admin, reporting tools, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills — capable of creating pivot tables, charts, and reports.
  • Strong salesmanship and convincing power — able to upsell and retain customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and patience toward customers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce logistics operations and courier company coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate with Experience with Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, and customer recovery tools.
  • Understanding of online retail metrics (conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate).
