Shopify Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shopify Team Lead to oversee our e-commerce operations, manage a team of developers/designers, and ensure smooth execution of Shopify-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to deliver high-performing online stores that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Shopify development/design team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify/Shopify Plus stores.
• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce workflows including product uploads, theme customizations, integrations, and app management.
• Ensure best practices for UI/UX, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for campaign launches and store enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement bug fixes, and manage regular maintenance.
• Research and adopt new Shopify features, plugins, and industry trends to improve store performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, site performance, and customer experience.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4–6 years) working with Shopify/Shopify Plus development.
• Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Shopify apps, custom app development, and payment/shipping integrations.
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of headless commerce and integration with CMS/CRM/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Magento, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce).
• Experience working in agile environments.

Location: Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore.

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
